Softwash Houston LLC, doing business as Soft Wash Houston (“Soft Wash Houston,” “we,” “us,” “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit softwashhouston.com or submit a request for an estimate or service.

1) Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact details: name, phone number, and email address
• Service location details: property address, city/service area, and related Google Places identifiers used to verify an address
• Service request details: property type, selected services and add-ons, timeline preferences, notes, and onsite-estimate acknowledgments
• Customer-uploaded photos: images you choose to submit with a quote request
• Communications consent evidence: disclosure version, submission timestamp, source page, phone number, user agent, and (when available) IP address
• Advertising attribution: values such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, UTM parameters, landing page, referrer, and related campaign identifiers when present
• Technical information: IP address, browser/user agent, device information, and pages visited
• Chat and messaging content: information you provide through website chat or related messaging tools

2) How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

• Provide estimates, schedule service, and perform exterior cleaning work
• Contact you by phone, text, email, or chat about your quote or job
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and quote form (including fraud and abuse prevention)
• Measure advertising performance and attribute website quote conversions
• Maintain business, dispute, and service records
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not claim that all processing is legally required, fully anonymous, or never shared. Sharing is limited as described below.

3) Calls, Texts, and Quote-Form Disclosure

If you submit a quote request and provide a phone number, Soft Wash Houston may call or text you about that quote request, including through automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with service providers that help us deliver customer service, CRM, or messaging is permitted as needed to operate those systems.

4) Service Providers and Recipients

We use service providers to operate the website and handle requests. Current categories include:

• Netlify: website hosting and serverless functions that process quote submissions, address lookup, and related backend tasks
• Supabase: database storage for quote requests and related operational records
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: CRM, messaging, website chat widget, and Media Library storage for quote photos and contact records
• Google Places: address autocomplete and address verification for quote requests
• Google Tag Manager: tag management for analytics and advertising measurement
• Google Ads: conversion measurement and advertising attribution
• PostHog: website analytics, conversion funnels, session recordings, and heatmaps. Sensitive form fields and customer details are masked or excluded from recordings where practical; we do not intentionally send names, emails, phone numbers, street addresses, customer notes, or uploaded photo URLs to PostHog as analytics properties

We may also share information with employees, technicians, subcontractors, and other service providers involved in preparing an estimate or performing service; with professional advisors; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer.

5) Cookies, Local Storage, and Attribution

We use cookies and similar technologies needed to run the site and measure advertising performance. In particular, the site may store an attribution record in a first-party cookie named swh_attribution_v1 and may mirror that same record in browser local storage under the same key. That record can retain click and campaign identifiers (such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, and UTM values) for up to 90 days so a later quote submission can be associated with the original visit where possible. Quote and contact links may also carry those identifiers in the page URL when you continue to the quote form. PostHog may also set its own first-party cookies or local storage keys to measure traffic, funnels, and session activity.

You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings. Disabling cookies or clearing site storage may affect attribution or other site functionality.

6) Customer-Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload are used to review your request, prepare estimates, plan and perform service, and keep operational records. They may be stored in our systems and shared with technicians and service providers involved in the quote or job. Soft Wash Houston does not receive an automatic right to use customer-uploaded photos for advertising or social media; separate permission may be requested for marketing use. See our Terms of Service for the limited operational license.

7) Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including:

• Quote requests and contact records: for as long as needed to respond, schedule, complete service, and maintain business records
• Attribution cookie / local storage (swh_attribution_v1): up to 90 days in the browser
• Uploaded photos: for as long as needed for estimating, job performance, and related records
• Security and technical logs: for a limited period needed for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security

Some records may be kept longer when required for legal, accounting, dispute, or insurance reasons.

8) Security and Fraud Prevention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including server-side processing for sensitive operations, bot-protection checks on quote submission, input validation, and access controls on operational systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and you may limit cookies through your browser.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the information below. We will review requests and respond as appropriate based on the information available and applicable law. This policy does not assert California, Texas, or other state-specific statutory rights unless and until those obligations are confirmed to apply.

10) Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
