Softwash Houston LLC (“Softwash Houston,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides exterior cleaning services, including softwashing and related services for residential and commercial properties.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

Attempt to interfere with site operation or security
Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or abusive content
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
Free estimates may be offered depending on the service area and job scope.
Estimates may be based on information you provide (address, photos, areas of attention) and may change after an on-site review.
Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, access, and operational constraints.
To perform work safely and effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate property and contact information
Ensure reasonable access to the work areas (gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles moved as needed)
Notify us of sensitive areas or issues (leaks, fragile surfaces, prior damage, electrical issues, sprinkler problems, etc.)
Ensure water access (spigot) and/or power access if required for your scope
Identify items that require special care (outdoor furniture, decor, potted plants, etc.)
If we arrive and cannot complete service due to access issues or undisclosed conditions, a trip charge or rescheduling fee may apply.
Softwashing is a low-pressure cleaning method designed to remove organic growth and staining. Results vary based on:
Surface type and condition
Severity/age of staining
Prior damage, oxidation, or wear
Material quality and previous coatings/repairs
Important: Some stains (rust, irrigation stains, paint bleed, oxidation, deep organic staining, or etching) may not fully remove. We do not guarantee like-new restoration of every surface.
We use professional methods intended to be safe when properly applied. You understand that:
Some vegetation may be sensitive even with precautions
You should inform us of delicate plants, new landscaping, or special concerns
You may be asked to water/soak vegetation before or after service in certain conditions
We may take photos/video of the work area for documentation, quality control, training, and marketing. We will avoid identifying features when possible. If you do not want your property used for marketing, notify us in writing before service.
Payment terms will be provided with your estimate or invoice.
Deposits may be required for certain jobs (commercial, large scope, or scheduled blocks).
Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may pause service and may require additional documentation and resolution steps.
You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us as soon as possible.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, especially if crews have been dispatched.
Weather-related reschedules are common in exterior cleaning; we will coordinate a new date.
You agree to notify us of any concern within 48 hours of service completion. We will review and, if appropriate, attempt to remedy or file through applicable insurance. We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Hidden defects (rotted wood, failing seals, compromised roofing, loose siding, cracked caulk, etc.)
Damage due to improper installation, age, neglect, or prior repairs
Issues caused by others after service completion
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Softwash Houston is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Softwash Houston harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or unsafe/undisclosed conditions on the property.
All website content (text, logos, designs, photos) is owned by Softwash Houston or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
